1. Whats the typical process
- For buyers, we do 90% of the leg work. We find out who the seller is if they are a real refinery for petroleum products or a gold seller and financier. But we also vet the buyer to ensure we have someone who is serious when working with our sellers.
- For sellers, we find out if they are legitimate companies and buyers, and work with the mandates of the buyer or buyer directly to meet the needs. Reviewing procedures and processes to execute the deal.
2. Are we the mandate on every deal?
- For most of the deals we try to be the opening of the buy side on the commission for the sale of Gold, Petroleum products, or other commodities consulting
- We are mandate for some gold sellers, and petroleum representatives, but we will always disclose our status in the deal. Bigger deals that are in the billions of dollars, usually have the involvement of multiple people.
3. Commissions?
- Sell-side commission: We try our best to be on the Sell side so that we can make a commission and leave room for another mandate team. But on deals that are multi-billion dollars. This is close to impossible unless you are a mandate for 10-20 years with the seller. Since the sell side is always closed.
- Buy-side commissions - When we do business with the buy-side commission, we try to be fair and accommodate the teams, by splitting the deal 50/50 with the buy-side mandate.

- Major Loans: $100m - $10 B+ (Close time 90 days - 120 days)
- JET FUEL: Typically close in 6-8 weeks.
- Historical: At the discretion of the US government -NOT ACCEPTING
- SBLC - Typically closes in 1-3 weeks.

- We verify the company, people, and review process, and work with the teams on both sides to ensure their an agreement on both sides before we bring the deal to an end bank, investor, seller refinery or mine.
