    1. Whats the typical process

    • For buyers, have done 90% of the legwork. We find out who the seller is if they are a real refinery products and financial deals (SBLC, BG). But we also (verify) the buyer to ensure we have someone who is serious when working with our sellers.
    • For sellers, we find out if they are legitimate companies and buyers, and work with the buyer directly to meet the needs. Reviewing procedures and processes to execute the deal.

    2. Are we the mandate on every deal?

    • For most of the deals we try to be the opening of the buy side on the commission for the sale of Petroleum products, or other commodities consulting, SBLC.
    • We are mandate for petroleum representatives, but we will always disclose our status in the deal. Bigger deals that are in the billions of dollars, usually have the involvement of multiple people, this is not a concern.

    3. Commissions?

    • Sell-side commission: We try our best to be on the Sell side so that we can make a commission and leave room for another mandate team. But on deals that are multi-billion dollars. This is close to impossible unless you are a mandate for 10-20 years with the seller. Since the sell side is always closed.
    • Buy-side commissions - When we do business with the buy-side commission, we try to be fair and accommodate the teams, by splitting the deal 50/50 with the buy-side mandate.

    TIME TO CLOSE?

    • Major Loans: $100m - $10 B+ (Close time 90 days - 120 days)
    • JET FUEL: Typically close in 8-12 weeks.
    • Historical: At the discretion of the government -NOT ACCEPTING _UN CLOSED.
    • SBLC - Typically closes in 1-3 weeks. (BUYER Speed)
    • Trade Platform: Typically closes in 4-8 weeks.
    • Stock Loans: 10-15 days

    Due Diligence

    • Seller Due Diligence - Mandate review, sometimes legal team.
    • Buyer Due Diligence - Mandate review, and sometimes legal team.

    Who do we work with?

    • Buyer BRINKS gold, who is serious about purchasing gold in Dubai, Zurich, or the USA.
    • Seller BRINKS gold with a history of delivering CIF to DUBAI, Zurich, or USA (CIF, Refinery or Brinks to Brinks).
    • Buyers or sellers mandate who have experience closing deals.

    How do ensure successful deal?

    • While not every deal is guaranteed to close 100%, We strive to close 90% of the deals we bring to our clients, either sellers or buyers.
    • We verify the company, people, and review process, and work with the teams on both sides to ensure their is an agreement on both sides before we bring the deal to an end bank, investor, seller refinery or mine.
